Rules
- Submissions must be original and not previously published elsewhere without disclosure.
- Team size and authorship must match the eligibility criteria.
- Late submissions after the published deadline will not be accepted.
- Judges' decisions are final; conflicts of interest must be declared.
Eligibility
Open to registered SPARK-O-FEST delegates meeting the category requirements (UG / PG / Faculty / Startup as listed on the competition card).
Participants must complete registration Steps 1–5 and upload required files in Step 3.
