Who can register for SPARK-O-FEST 2.0?

Industry professionals, Entrepreneurs, innovators, startups, researchers, postgraduate students, students and interns from all domains can register as delegates and participate in the various activities and competitions.

How do I participate in competitions?

During registration, participants can select their preferred competition or activity. After completing the registration process and payment, participants must submit the required documents/abstracts/prototypes as per the respective competition guidelines. Eligibility criteria, submission requirements, deadlines, and rules will be provided on the individual competition pages.

Will certificates be provided?

Yes. Digital participation certificates will be provided to registered delegates fulfilling the prescribed attendance requirements. Participants who participate in competitions will receive certificates accordingly, and winners and prize recipients will receive additional certificates/recognition.

Is on-campus accommodation available?

Limited accommodation assistance may be available for outstation participants, subject to availability and applicable charges. Participants requiring accommodation should indicate their requirement during registration. Further details regarding availability, charges, and allotment will be communicated by the organizing team.

Can participants register only for competitions?

Yes. Participants may register for specific competitions/activities as per the eligibility criteria. However, delegates who wish to attend the wider conclave, expert sessions, panel discussions, innovation showcase, and other activities should complete the appropriate delegate registration.

Can startups and innovators participate?

Yes. Startups, innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry professionals are encouraged to participate, particularly in the Innovation Showcase, Ideathon, Pitching, Prototype and other innovation-focused activities, subject to the respective eligibility criteria.

Can participants from outside the dental field participate?

Yes. SPARK-O-FEST 2.0 aims to create a multidisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Participants from medical, allied health sciences, technology, management, engineering, and other relevant fields may participate in activities for which they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
