Eligibility & Participation
- Open to all registered participants of Spark-O-Fest 2.0.
- Participation can be from individuals or team (maximum of 5 members).
- Interdisciplinary participation is encouraged.
- Projects previously awarded in SPARK-O-FEST contests are not eligible.
- Cross-institutional teams are allowed.
- One member must be designated as the Team Leader.
- A participant can be a part of only ONE Ideathon team. Interdisciplinary participation is encouraged.
Idea Requirements
- Ideas should align with the vision of Innovation & Entrepreneurship in any domain.
- All ideas must be original.
- Copyright infringement will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Intellectual Property Rights remain with the participants.
- Organizers may use idea summaries for academic or promotional purposes with due credit.
Competition Process
Screening Round
Evaluation of submitted abstracts will be carried out, followed by short-listing based on Relevance, Novelty, Feasibility and Impact Potential.
Final Presentation
Shortlisted teams will present their ideas before an expert jury panel.
Presentation & Q&A
The presentation time will be 15 minutes, followed by a 3–5 minute Q&A session.

PPT Presentation
PPT presentation is mandatory for the final presentation before the expert jury panel.
Submission Deadline
PPT must be submitted before 1st November 2026.

Team Changes
No change in team members will be permitted after the submission deadline of 1st November 2026.
