Competition Rules

Participation & Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all registered participants of SF 2.0
  • Participation may be individual.
  • Registration is mandatory for all presenters.
  • Please provide full details such as Name, Department, Institution, Category separately while submitting to the scientific committee.
  • The presenter should not reveal any identity on the final e-poster such as Name, Department and Institute.

Presentation & E-Poster Requirements

Presentation Time Duration of the presentation will be 3 minutes plus 2 minutes for Q&A session.
Poster Format E-posters must be prepared in landscape orientation, in english, and submitted in HD/ JPEG format
Image Quality Image should be at least 600dpi and clearly visible on screen.

Design: Select a background colour that contrasts well with the text for clear visibility.

Submission Requirements

  • Accepted abstracts will be allotted a CODE which will be intimated to the presenter.
  • The allotted CODE must be mentioned on the top-left corner of the e-poster.
  • The final e-poster must be mailed to scientificspark@saraswaticolleges.com .

Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 November 2026

Poster Submission Deadline: 15 November 2026

Presentation Process

Report Before Presentation

The presenter should report 20 minutes prior to the scheduled presentation.

Presentation

Present the e-poster within the allotted 3-minute presentation time.

Q&A Session

The presentation will be followed by a 2-minute question and answer session.

Total Time: 3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A.

Judging & General Conditions

  • E-posters will be judged based on relevance, clarity of content, visual design and overall impact.
  • E-posters that appear to be directly generated or downloaded from ChatGPT or other AI tools without substantial original modification will not be accepted.
  • All certificates of participation will be given to participants as per the aforementioned rules and regulations.
  • All participants must adhere to safety, disciplinary and ethical norms.
  • The decision of the judges will be final.
  • Any form of copyright infringement or rule violation will result in disqualification.
