Eligibility & Participation
- Open to students, faculty, entrepreneurs, and research scholars.
- Individuals, teams, or registered start-ups can participate.
- Each team must have a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 5 members.
- Start-up must be original and the intellectual property (IP) should belong to the team or company.
- Projects previously awarded in SPARK-O-FEST contests are not eligible unless there have been significant improvements.
- Participants must register via the official conclave portal or registration desk.

Submission Requirements
- Submissions should include an Executive Summary of maximum 2 pages.
- A Pitch Deck of 8–12 slides covering idea, problem, solution, market, traction, business model, competition, and financials.
- An Optional Video Pitch of 2–3 minutes may also be submitted.
- The last date to submit the entries is 1st November 2026 by 1800 hours.

Competition Process
Screening Round
Entries will be reviewed by judges. Shortlisted start-ups will proceed to the next round.Semi-Finals (if applicable)
Extended pitch and Q&A with a highly qualified and experienced jury panel. Selection will be based on innovation potential and feasibility.Final Pitch Round
Live presentations before expert judges, investors, and audience. Time limit: 5–7 minutes for pitch + 3 minutes for Q&A.04
Important Rules
- A team may be disqualified if they use material that is copyrighted by others or stolen material.
- Participants must adhere to ethical standards and ensure originality.
- Plagiarism or IPR infringement or rule violation will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Decisions of judges are final and binding.
- Participants must be present at least 30 minutes before their scheduled pitch time.
- Use of offensive language, sensitive content, or false claims is prohibited.
- Teams retain intellectual property rights to their ideas.
- Judges and organizers will maintain complete confidentiality.

Open to all registered participants of Spark-O-Fest 2.0.
Team Size
Participation can be from individuals or team (maximum of 5 members).
Final Pitch
5 minutes for pitch + 3 minutes for Q&A.
